Service Delivery Policy
All services provided by Shop Growth Solutions are digital and delivered remotely. Once a client signs up and completes onboarding, we begin fulfillment within 24 hours after our onboarding call, and is completed within 1-3 business days.
Our fulfillment includes, but is not limited to: Launching digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc.)Setting up CRM systems and lead trackingImplementing automated follow-up workflowsProviding marketing reports and strategy calls. You will receive communication via email and/or phone with updates, access links, and performance reports throughout your service term.
We may offer refunds for services that have already been delivered or partially delivered based on a case by case basis. Because our services require time, expertise, and paid media spend, we stand by the work we perform. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. All of our services are offered month-to-month unless otherwise stated (biweekly in some cases). You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. To cancel, email us at [email protected] with your name, business name, and request to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation via email.
Because we provide digital marketing services, returns are not applicable.
